Essential duties and responsibilities: Contribute to the development and promotion of each individual’s business and/or vocational goals Coordinate tasks/jobs within incubator space and/or community sites Ensure high quality of production of goods and services Assist individuals in reaching their IPOS goals, specifically with regard to their micro-enterprise business Ensure supplies are properly secured for each job Work on production, when necessary Coach and promote personal growth for each individual to reach quality standards Education and Experience: High school diploma required with a preference toward those with an Associate’s Degree At least one year of experience working with people who have disabilities Previous production and/or training experience of at least two years highly desirable Must have computer skills and be able to type a minimum of 30 words per minute. Experience in small business community preferred Graphic Design experience is a plus Other Qualifications: Ability to function as a job coach for people with disabilities Dependable, tact, resourcefulness, initiative, and good judgment MDCH Direct Care Training or equivalent or complete training within 30 days Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, a safe driving record and maintain car insurance.
